Minnesota Star Tribune Names Simpson Housing Services a 2026 Top Workplace

Minneapolis, Minnesota 06-15-26 – Simpson Housing Services has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minnesota Star Tribune. 

The Minnesota Star Tribune report of the best-performing Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The results of the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

Simpson Housing Services was also recognized in the 2026 Culture Excellence & Industry Awards for Innovation, Employee Appreciation, Work-Life Flexibility, Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, Compensation & Benefits, Purpose & Values and as a Nonprofit Industry.

To qualify for as a Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplace, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 10,527 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
