We are pleased to share Simpson’s administrative office is moving! We have purchased a new building at 160 Glenwood Avenue in Minneapolis. Our new office space will be ready in the summer of 2021. Our staff looks forward to being together in this new space.
Our current office at 2100 Pillsbury Avenue — known as Bell House — has been sold. We wish to extend our gratitude to Gary & Karen Kirt and Bell Bank Mortgage for their generous donation of Bell House to Simpson Housing Services in 2005.
The legacy of their generous gift carries on, as the proceeds from the sale of Bell House are applied to the purchase and renovation of our new office.
As we move forward, our staff will continue to work remotely as much as possible and have access to temporary office space. The Simpson shelter will continue to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the pandemic.
