An overview of our programs

We provide a full continuum of supportive housing services to those experiencing homelessness, which is unique in the Twin Cities metro.

 

Overnight shelter

Every night in our overnight shelter, Simpson offers a bed, a warm meal, a hot shower, laundry services, advocacy and the dignity of being addressed by name to 66 people experiencing homelessness. more

 

Family Housing

The Simpson Family Housing program provides subsidized, supportive rental housing for families with children. Families receive assistance in finding housing and support in developing the skills to maintain stability more

 

Single Adult Housing

Our Single Adult programs work with long-term homeless adults who are referred to us by local shelters. Through our five Collaboration of Housing Resources (COHR) teams, we serve over 200 additional people. Simpson also participates in the Currie Avenue Partnership, an initiative to house 150 adults experiencing homelessness, who have diabilities. more
